Description
The ShorePhone IP 100 Business Telephone delivers the telephone features users need across a converged infrastructure. For end users, the IP 100 provides excellent voice quality and makes feature access easy with its large display and intuitive pre-programmed feature keys and soft-key menus. And for system administrators, the telephone provides plug-and-play deployment enabling the ShoreTel system to automatically discover the phone and provision it on the system simply by connecting it to the network. The phone provides three call appearances for managing multiple calls and has pre-assigned keys for commonly used features such as transfer and conference. A large, three-line display presents advanced caller information that includes the dialed number, ACD group and the caller's number. The caller's name is also displayed if a matching Outlook contact is found so users can manage different callers appropriately.

The IP 100 interfaces to the ShoreTel system via your IP network making it easy to install and easy to re-locate. Integrated into the telephone is a 2-port Ethernet switch that allows users to connect both their desktop computer and their IP telephone to a single network connection. The IP 100 prioritizes voice traffic and sends it to the network before the data from the connected PC to provide high-quality audio performance. Additionally, voice traffic is dedicated to a pre-defined port making it easy to identify and prioritize throughout the network. The phone can be powered locally at the user's workspace using the supplied power module or using inline power with an optional cable.
