ShoreTel Support Plans

With a BTS support agreement, you have access to the latest software releases.  All software patches and upgrades are handled and installed by BTS Certified Engineers.
BTS has access to several different monitoring software.  All Mitel Systems are managed and monitored by a remote agent residing on the server.  If at anytime the system falls outside pre-determined parameters, a service ticket is automatically generated, assigned to an engineer, and an email is generated. The remote agent is active 24/7 monitoring system health, third party connections, including telco activity as well.
No, RingCentral did not purchase Mitel.  RingCentral is now Mitel’s exclusive UCaaS partner.  This new partnership gives Mitel customers access to RingCentral’s award-winning MVP (message, video, phone) platform.

Mitel has recently announced end of sale of the MiVoice Connect platform. Mitel is now offering a migration path for all existing Mitel customer.
