BTS will be continuing to support our existing Mitel Connect/ShoreTel Customers indefinitely. Mitel has announced end of add on sales for December 31, 2024 and end of Manufacture Support December 31, 2029 on the MiVoice Connect Platform, but BTS support will continue. BTS has a large supply of spare hardware and phones in the event of hardware failure. BTS will continue to provide software updates after 2029 up to most current software version.
BTS Technical Support will continue indefinitely.
