Bidirectional status sync between MiCollab and MS Teams

Full Synchronization of MiCollab Dynamic Statuses to MS Teams User Status

Full synchronization of MiCollab Dynamic status to MS Teams User Status

  • When a user is busy in a MS Team call or meeting it is now reflected in Mitel’s platform.

  • Users will not receive phone calls on the Mitel phones when they are busy in MS Teams.
