Created the first BTS Racing team sponsored by both a manufacturer, Toshiba and a long term customer of our’s Fritts Ford.

BTS designed and installed many large Tadiran (ECI) Phone Systems, including White Memorial Hospital and Glendale Adventist Hospital.

BTS discovered another vertical market and brought on Toshiba to fill that Market.

Began selling Toshiba Phone Systems to Thirfty Payless Drug Store Chain and was awarded Toshiba’s CALL TO PARADISE AWARD for Exceptional Performance by a Dealer in 1995

1987 bought our first building in Corona, CA, which we still own today.

Awarded ITT Five Star Award for Service Excellence and Sales.

Foreseeing a market shift, BTS began looking for a system that emulated key system functionalities that would work well in car dealerships and had an excellent service track record.

ITT began phasing out their phone system and BTS began moving towards Tadiran Phone Systems and marketing to larger customers including Hospitals and Car Dealerships.

BTS sold their first ITT 3100 Phone System to a colleague from Flight Instruction School.

1985 BTS became ITT’s Top Dealer

Hired first part-time employee Danny DeGrote in 1982. Danny is one of our Lead Engineers today.

Designed and installed many car dealerships, many of which are still customers of ours today.
